Personalized Care, Without the Insurance Middleman At our concierge family medicine practice, we do not accept ANY insurance— so we can focus entirely on what matters most: You. This model allows us to spend more time with each patient and design highly personalized care plans tailored to your individual needs, free from the constraints often imposed by insurance guidelines. While we don’t bill insurance directly, we’re happy to order labs, imaging, and prescriptions that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement, when applicable. Direct access. Thoughtful care. Outpatient Primary and Preventive Care in your home or at the officeProactive steps for your well-beingFrom outpatient regular check-ups to preventative care and health maintenance, our preventative care services are dedicated to keeping you healthy and active for the long term. Providers also provide primary care, including management of chronic conditions, ordering labs, in-office lab draws, medication refills, specialist referrals, minor procedures, sutures, weight management, and health education. We currently do not offer casting, colonoscopies, and major procedures, but are happy to send a referral for it.
